Translator www.chickensys.com/translator is the program that can do this; 
works great on Virtual PC; works with .krz, .k25, .k26 files as well as 
Kurzweil CD-ROM's.

Also, they put up a comprehensive article on moving EXS files from PC or 
Virtual PC to Mac; see www.chickensys.com/translator/exs24/moving.html - 
the article isn't Translator-specific and applies to all programs.
