EXS 24 Logic Sampler Users Group

Hey Guys,

What's up?  I just bought the EXS24, and after installing it, I 
opened LAWP 4.5, went to an audio object, selected EXS stereo.

It asks for the CD.  I put it in, and the CD-ROM drive and Hard Drive 
whirl for 5 minutes.  Then it asks me again and again to insert the 
CD, with no results.

What's happening?  I read here in EGroups something about EXS24 
incompatibility with Win98 SE.  This can't be correct, can it?!? 

E-MAGIC Support (or anyone else who may have the answer)- Please 
advise ASAP!  I just spent $310.00 and I can't even see how the EXS24 
looks, much less use it.

There has been a problem with "Mac Only" EXS 24 CDs being packaged in Mac
and Windows boxes. Check your CD. If it says "Mac Only" there's your answer. 

If it reads "Hybrid version Mac/Windows" then your problem may be to do
with the difficulty the EXS 24 has in seeing the CD in some systems with
two or more CD drives -- try them all.
