your caps lock key is still locked... this is against the
usual "netiquette", which associates caps with SCREAMING!
At first, on which platform are you ? Mac or PC ?
Which exs24 version do you have ? Crossplatform or MAC only ?
If you're on PC, you need ASPI drivers.

The Emagic copy protection on PC needs this drivers. You can get it
at http://www.adaptec.com
