This leads me to an OT question: does anyone know a program that can 
download an entire website at once? Clicking on each download is a bit 
cumbersome on some of those huge "sample"-webpages etc. Any suggestions?

There's a program called "Teleport" or "Teleport Pro" which does exactly
this. Sorry, don't have it installed and no URL handy either, but I guess
Google will find it as the first hit.

Thanks for all the replies. I found Teleport pro, but when trying to 
install it, I got an error. So that won't work.
I didn't know those browsers were named 'offline browsers'. With this 
description, I found several programs at tucows.com  (none works 100% 
however :-/
