In the settings of the EXS24 you can assign special notes or controllers to
swich back and forth
with the instruments. Helps big time when searching for a suitable sound.

But still missing a key command.

screen redraw

2002-04-23 by HELP@MusicBootCamp.com

This was mentioned briefly months ago: When using the EXS24 editor, the
screen does weird color/noise draws. Well I find that the ES2 also does
this. I believe someone pointed to RAM of some sort, or a menu switch, but I
can't find the e-mail with the advice. Can anyone shed some light on what I
need to tweak to get rid of these anomalies? -Jer

I know someone else has seen this. Your EXS24 screen craps out at the
bottom and looks like a bunch of scrambled noise in the edit window...
Sometimes redraw suffers in the ES2 also. Can someone please explain the
remedy involved. I think it has to do with some sort of RAM setting
somewhere, but I've already got 200MB assigned to Logic and have 1024MB on a
Dual G4, so I can't figure out why I'm having screen anomalies like this.
PLEASE HELP ME......... Jer
