Sorry to hear of your troubles :-( Personally that's why I'm going to go
with an RME card myself..

In any case here is the direct link to the english infoweb:
http://atlas.emagic.de/emagic_infoweb_e/index.xhtml
I just tried going there and it asked for my name/password and let me in ok
so it appears to still be working when you go to that web page directly.

Best of luck to you!
Jeremy

I love my RME Multiface. It's beautiful (Sounds glib doesn't it).
Best-sounding and best-performing card I've ever seen... until next year I'm
sure. LOL -Jer

Hi Andy,

This is a customer support issue for sending to Spectrasonics directly, but
I'll see if I can help:

Larger Process Buffer (turned off?)
How much RAM assigned to Logic?
How much RAM in your system?

The settings in the Quickstart Guide for Stylus are essential to set for RAM
usage for Stylus to work right.

Yes, it does. Glib away though.

I have a multiface, as well as a 2496 card and an EMI 2|6.
Previously I've owned an Audiowerk8 card.
The multiface eats the others alive.
Sometimes they just get it right.

The next jump I am hoping to be onboard DSP (ie a UAD/powercore card built into the card).
With processor cards latency is still an issue. Having the DSP onboard the PCI I/O card- would this address latency issues?

i cant seem to find a site address for support? so you'll find this
issue turning up at info@...

yep

up to 200 000 in the info window, in small increments at a time.

yeah, read it throughly :-)

in fact ive tried everything i can think of...ah...one more avenue
which the plugsounds people suggested, that one of my ram
chips may be faulty, but they also said this would have affected
other things and i'd likely have noticed by now. i'll try swapping
the extra ram i installed back to the original chip set.

thanks for replying, i realise this is a support issue, and probably
not something which stylus is responsible for.

(still digging it big time, even if i cant tweak meantime :-)

each time, we bought something for computer, it's always a user fault !!!!
we are the bad guy who don't know how to tweak computers, how to use them, !

hey, wait a minute, the Plug In VSTi is not stable, that's all and simple.
it works, but not 100%...

on a RME card it can be better, but don't dream, maybe some problems will
appears.
That's why we need a usable DEMO of the product.
Personnally, if I cannot use it,I don't buy it, that's all and simple.
