The 5.2 demo Phil Jackson was reported to be showing in Australia recently
did have an updated version of EXS24 in it, so I'm really hoping "EXS v2"
will be found in Logic 5.2. I remember reading that he showed off some way
to switch between different samples to change e.g. articulation, though I
dunno if this was with velocity crossfades or maybe some other parameter to
switch 'layer' or something that you could automate. In any case I can't
wait for 5.2! I'm waiting for it to come out to buy my Logic 5 upgrade to
make the most out of the demos.

Best wishes,
Jeremy

Well, you can do this already with simple velocity switches.

I wouldn't hold your breath! Buy v5 now - if you like what you
"demo", buy it. The updates are bound to arrive much later than we'd
all like. No - I'm not a pessimist, that's just my experience with
ALL updates.
