You'd need a plugin for that and automate it. Logic's pitch shifter would do
so, but I can't recommend it at all due to the questionable quality of the
algorhythm. Is Antares Autotune available as a VST plugin allready? Then
that might do the trick.

try automating the pitch control plugin
