Tip: SoundForum Synth for Source Waves

Tip: SoundForum Synth for Source Waves

2002-07-20 by Sascha Franck

Thanks to Darrel / DNA Studios who reminded me of that one:

This is a free synth based on N.I.'s Reaktor / Dynamo engine and it's a
great source for waveforms.
Doesn't run as a VSTi but if you have some options to reroute things to your
inputs you can easily record the sounds into some Waveeditor or so
(fortunately my soundcards allows internal rerouting so there's no loss
through any mixer or so).
http://www.saschafranck.de/exs/SF_ForumPadTest.zip is a very simple pad I
made after fooling around with it for 5 minutes or so. IMO it doesn't sound
too bad. Will eventually do a keyboard mapped version later on (this one
uses one single sample and therefor quite a bit of CPU).

Regards,
Sascha

Your creativity inspires, I´ll sample the 32 waves from FM7.
