Err - are you serious?
I am not someone being proud of my english as there's certainly no reason to
be - but I am almost sure that you say "too many people" instead of "to
many" (unless you want to adress somethng "to many" people).
Even Babelfish translated it exactly like I expected:
"Too many people" - "zu viele Leute", meaning more than enough people.
"To many people" - "zu vielen Leuten", meaning adressing a lot of people.

Not that Babelfish would be an instance when it comes to proper grammar, but
in this case it seems to be right.

But what do I know...
