Of course. But I'm not sure how mic technique got into a comparison between
sampler sound quality. Good samples are hard to find or make any day of the
year--definitely an art form in and of itself.

I am a bass player.........
The only synth I have is the Ansynth on my G3........
All my bass comes from my basses........
I love my EXS, I just wouldn't get rid of any of my gear if I could afford to 
keep it!

Still no wiser about 4.7 release date???
I have been using Reason to program my drums today. Mighty fat they sound
too. Makes a good note pad that Reason. I'll do my best on that then bring
it into Logic as tracks and gloss it up.
Please can someone send me an envelope full of Akai floppies with drums on
them I'll return them and pay all postage etc. I just don't know anyone who
can help me around here. (Oxfordshire, UK)
I won't ask again, promise...
