Are they EXS only?

If not, and they apply to all VSTi:

Do the key commands load up programs stored in the plugins temporary bank
memory space or programs stored in the  plugins  settings folder?

What are the names of those key commands and in which section are they?

Settings folder.

Do a find for "settings" in the Key Commands page. It'll pop right up.
