Hi all,
Am wondering how is it to move mac exs24 files over to a pc platform?
I've seen post about pc to mac but nothing about mac to pc.
I'm still using logic on my pc.

This can work perfectly but sometimes there are problems.
Here's one:

Mac users often don't use the x.3 or x.4 file suffix -- eg snare drum.aiff or
kick.wav

They may define a zone in a kit of aiff files as simply -- "Snare 1", "kick 1"
etc

EXS24 Mac will know to load Snare 1.aiff but EXS24 PC won't. So if you put an
instrument definition (exs file) where the zones are defined without the
suffixes (.wav, .aif) on your web site and a PC user tries it, the files
will probably not load. If the user loads them manually by browsing for the
correct file any defined loop points will be lost.

Move to quarantaine

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
