EXS24 MK II - no sound from velocity 0-39?

Hi, I'm creating a sound for EXS24 and I get no sound from velocity 0-39. I have samples assigned to a group that goes from 0-47, but sound stop at 39! Also can I set the velocity response to be in the program or how? Is there a new manual around? Thomas [Non-text portions of this message have been removed]
