Logic Cutting off last note in cycle mode

Ever since 5.3 i have had a preoblem when im in cycle mode and im recording midi info it always cuts out the last note before it cycles. Has anyone else had this problem? if so were you able to correct it LAM 5.5 ESB DTDM Alex G
