EXS 24 Logic Sampler Users Group

I must be missing something very basic here - In the EXS-24 
 mkII, I'm trying to save the crossfade amount for the velocity 
 layers with the "default" instrument that gets selected from the 
 sampler instruments pulldown menu.  I've only been able to 
 save it as a plugin setting.  I'm sure this can be saved 
 permanently so it comes up with your first selection of the 
 instrument, but I just can't figure it out.  Any ideas??

No can do to my knowledge. Saving a setting is the solution as you pointed
out.
