hi group

i have the same question as this gentleman. just wanted to demurely beat the
bushes a bit more for some thoughts on this.

Guys,

I am afraid I don't have any links for you, but if you look in the 
manual you will find all the instruction you need to make a 'new' 
(clue) EXS24 instrument.

... Paul ... thanks for response... I've just started to maintain/convert my 
samples and I'm doing pretty good ... but this is kinda hassle to figure out 
the clear and neet way to name and sort them ... there is one think I dont 
know ... what I'm thinking about are velocity layers... Is that mean that for 
lets say piano I've got few samples of the same tone but recorded with 
different velocity? ... and going further I can assign them somehow in EXS to 
respond to my touch sensitive keyboard ?

Have a look at some ready-made EXS24 instruments in the instrument editor. You
could do worse than try the defaults that come with the program -- you will see
the various methods for velocity switching etc. all demonstrated for you.
