Strangely enough, I ordered Battery Studio Drums this very minute... Are you
saying that there's Studio Drums 2 from NI?

The same! How are you going to use them? With EXS? I don't know, how to convert them into EXS format...

No, I going to use them with Battery actually... I just bought a V-drum set
from Roland and as I understand Battery is completely compatible with
V-drum. Anyway, I don't use EXS24 that much anymore. I am using Kontakt more
and more since it is alot easier to organize samples etc. with Kontakt. I
don't like Apples's solution with hierachic menus. It is impossible to use
with large sample archives. I am on Win 5.5.1, but it's possible this is
something they have fixed in LAM 6 and Project Manager...

But... can I use battery samples with EXS24mkII or not?
And: how to do this?

I am 80% certain you can't use the Battery (*.kit) instrument files in
EXS24, but the actual samples is standard WAV/AIFF.

Unless u might want install Battery VST and then from Battery its 
self u use those *.kit files....u actually load them into the note 
boxes ,you'l see,and then u play with it whatever u want..

With the wavs i still dont get how to manage whole CDDA (wav) format 
files into the exs,that i can browse them from inside of EXS24.
