Bass Guitar help needed

Bass Guitar help needed

2003-07-22 by thebonemonkey

I have a nice bass guitar sounbank that I wish to play through my
keyboard via exs24. The problem is that my keyboard begins on key C1
and there are notes assigned below that on the soundbank (ie A1, B1
etc.). Is there any way I can reassign all the notes in one go or
shift the whole thing along as it were rather than reassigning each
note individually?

Transpose you input down an octave using the input setting. Place Logic
into record, and then adjust the trp to-12..

I have never seen a synth or controller that did not offer some sort of
transposition controls - you should be able to fix this at your controller.

Failing that, either the transpose switch on the front panel of the exs24 or
using the transpose setting in the parameters of the track you have assigned
the exs24 instance to should do the trick.

Murray
