I use a Morley Bad Horsie into my 2101. Very smooth with the exception of slight audiable quirk on initial activation when controled. Works great for me. If possible, try a few pedals out to accommodate your tastes. I feel SRV had a few different sounds from fat, smoother neck pickup sounds to crunchier roadhouse blues. Very diverse playing...flipping switches and adjusting tone pot controls, guitar changes for specific songs. One thing is for certain, single coil pickups may be key.

I have been trying to get the Stevie Ray sound but just can\ufffdt do it right, it always lacks something.
I\ufffdm using the Clean Tube slightly overdriven, razing a bit the treble and a bit of coros at the end. I have a Fender American Plus with gold lace sensors and the 2101 is going to a Marshall 9005 power amp.
One more thing, anyone has a morley wah pedal going to the input of the 2101? Does it sound good?
Any help would be good.
Thanks,
Pedro Ferreira
