Answer to your question is yes.Use the LINK button to set it to the desired footswitch of the particular program. What kinda foot controller are you using? I'm relatively new to the GSP but i just linked footswitch 6 - 0 of my Control one to the parameters(effects) so that i can turn it on/off a couple of weeks ago. --- In gsp-2101@yahoogroups.com, matt adams <extreme99zl@...> wrote: > > Very nice. Hi, Ok lets not get mislead here.I hope you understand the algorithm structure of the GSP2101.Whatever is in the factory algorith you cant change them but you can edit such as deleting a certain parameter or adding a parameter thus it becomes a user algorithm.(i believe so,correct me if i'm wrong) As for me footswitch 1 - 5 are used to change programs, 6 - 0 are used to turn on/off parameters of each programs. In order to do this you have to go to Utility and select #2(Foot Controller) then selct #1 (Patch Assignment).Select #2(Foot Switch) and scroll till 6.Then select #3 and scroll till you see "Foot Switch 6".Repeat the same process for 7 - 10.After this is done you areready to assign a parameter to the footswitch. Let pick a familiar program example that is easy to identify.Lets say program "Lead On Me".It is using algoritm #9 which has SCho>4x2 Stereo Mixer>Stereo Dly2.0>4X2 Stereo Mixer>2x1Mono Mixer>MFX Reverb>4x2 Stereo Mixer. In that program let say you want to the Dist, SCho, Stereo Dly and MFX Reverb to have Footswitch so that you can turn on/off.from the screen press Dist button and then press "LINK" and release. The screen will prompt you to select a Footswitch, lets say you depress 6.It will automatically link the FS 6 to your Dist.Once done just select the prev button.Repeat for the SCho, Stereo Dly and MFX Reverb to FS 7 - 9. That should do it.I hope i explain my self clear here and it answers your doubt.Cheers and good luck. --- In gsp-2101@yahoogroups.com, matt adams <extreme99zl@...> wrote: > > I have the Digitech gsp2101 fc pedal..So let me clearify.Lets say I am using program #35 grunge to the max.You are saying I can link foot control button 5 to tuen on the harmonizer to add to the already running program then click it off with changing the running program.same as with chorus/flange/phaser etc;? > > belphedeus <belphedeus@...> wrote: Answer to your question is yes.Use the LINK button to set it to the > desired footswitch of the particular program. What kinda foot > controller are you using? > I'm relatively new to the GSP but i just linked footswitch 6 - 0 of > my Control one to the parameters(effects) so that i can turn it > on/off a couple of weeks ago. > > --- In gsp-2101@yahoogroups.com, matt adams <extreme99zl@> wrote: > > > > Very nice.
