  I had a power supply fail very close to a gig and had an electronics tech replace it with a non-digitech power supply. It has been working fine to this day (many years). I think as long as the specs are the same and it can be mounted securely any unit will work. The replacement was slightly larger than the original but bolted in to the same place. Let me know if you'd like part numbers or pics.

  Luckily I have two 2101 units but one of them the power transformer needs to be replaced.
  It came loose (a few times) & now the wires are exposed very close to the trans & can't be salvaged.
  Any info on a new or used transformer??
