Re: Transferring original patches from Mac (snow leopard) to K5m?

2012-08-02 by mskellam84

Yes, I have both midi cabels connected - In the midi menu, I have to change the (exclusive) settings for TRS & RCV to "on" every time I power the k5m on. Once I toggle these settings, do I have to save? I have tried this but have no ext card - can I save this internally?

Also, is there something specific I need to do to initialize communication between the k5m and the librarian program?

Any step-by-step guidance would be greatly appreciated!

Thanks,
-Matt

The librarian .jar file runs fine in OSX, I can select and open my "USB MIDI CABLE", but from there, I don't know how to initialize my K5m in the program - I just see the red icon stating there is no connection.
