Are you sure it isn't reset already? Are you familiar with the factory sounds?

Thanks guys,
There must be something else going on inside my K3 because I've tried
it both ways & the protect switch is off & it still doesn't reset...
If anyone knows any other way I can do this by maybe opening 'er up &
tripping something inside I'm open to suggestions...
