Thanks for the suggestions, Ben & Joel. I'm not hooked up via computer to the K3, funny how people automatically assume that nowadays, I'm still making music the old fashioned way. I know it's not resetting because none of the presets are even close to sounding like what the factory patch list says they should. The low C key is kinda wobbly & I'm wondering if it's not making good contact.
