Hi Sascha,

Your observations are indeed correct. The "problem" threads are mostly on topic
ones. I'm not sure how to resolve this. I'll try to find some solutions.

As for the OT threads: each time an OT thread has started, I'll suggest to take
it to the OT list and I'll post the subscription and post info of the OT list,
so it's easier for people to subscribe. I hope this has some effect.
