what a pain in the butt! That is simply unacceptable behavior on Mac Mall's part. I would call them everyday, 3 times a day. Get the manager's extension so you're bugging the highest level person and you're consistent. That's the only way you'll get it taken care of quickly, to be a constant thorn in their side. Don't take no for an answer. Call them today and tell them what Apple said, etc... just keep redirecting the problem to them. disgraceful...
