The Logic Off Topic list

I've been noticing some interest in Logic 7 by some LUG members
recently and thought folks might find it interesting to learn that
Apple recently applied for trademark rights for the name 'ProBand' as
well as some other names for future products.  This seems like a logical
name for GarageBand's future big brother, (the former emagic Logic??).
It seems like this will probably be the case.  ... Or will there be a
third 'middle of the road' product between the two?

I guess we'll have to wait and see.  Apple has done just that with their
video editing series:

     iMovie --> Final Cut Express --> Final Cut Pro.

Hmmm...  Let's see, maybe... 

    GarageBand  -> Can'tLeaveMyDayJobBand -> ProBand
