In Europe I know that it isn't cheap reading your mail on the web, if you have a dial-up connection; it could be still about 0.05 euro a minute, that's app. $ 0.05 a minute. If you have a cable connection, it still costs you about 50 euro a month, which isn't cheap either I think. That's why people get their mail, and read it offline. Yoonchi.
