typical 70's rock stars huh - spend half their money on drugs,
women, and booze..........

and waste the other half.

i suspect lowell george was the only one who made much
folding stuff, i expect he had enough to last him for the rest of his
life....

Amen. I really had to restrain myself to not respond to the original
posting, which p***ed me off quite a bit.

And how about a trust fund to help me out of my miserable situation? :)

What, are you tired of teaching?

Ok, it is absurd to place more significance on the suffering of
someone who is a celebrity or the child of one than on that of the
rest of us, and it's a misuse of the lug to solicit funds for
someone's medical treatment. OTOH it is not safe to assume that just
because this guy once played in little feet he is set for life. Also
if you are a father having trouble raising funds to take care of your
child's medical condition and someone offers to help for whatever
reason you would probably be inclined to accept it rather than let
your son pay for your pride with his suffering.

No, but teaching *is* a miserable situation, right? :-)

Agreed. But then I know some 1 billion other people who are in worse
conditions and who need more help...
