running acid as a slave with logic

hi. i'm trying to slave acid 4 (pc) to logic 4.7.3 (mac)...unfortunately acid doesnt really like being a slave. is there anyone who has tried this and has figured out how to get this to work? mtc doesnt seem to ever be in sync and acid drifts. any help on this matter is greatly appreciated.
