Please can anyone explain how I access the Drumsets Library onto my 
track so that I can play its different drums etc on Logic 5 Platinum.

Move to quarantaine

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
