Lpc2000

When a value is shifted into the scan select register of the Embedded ICE
module of the lpc parts (through JTAG), ARM7TDMI documentation specifies
that the binary value '1000' needs to be shifted out. However, after much ado I
discovered that this is not the case in my lpc2214. This does not seem to
affect any other aspect of JTAG debugging though. Has anybody else seen
similar behaviour?
