There are several schematics around for various LPC2000 family members including some here http://www.aeolusdevelopment.com/Articles/InSystemProgramming.html You should be able to adapt and compare from these to the 2214. A full connection will hookup the Rx, Tx, P0.14 and P0.14 pins to give you complete control over the download but you can use just Rx and Tx as long as you can set P0.14 low to enter ISP mode and reset the micro.
