I did not find any response to this post?

I am having a similar problem but with UART1 and timer 1 in match 
mode. Each works great separately. In fact, they work great together 
IF I just stuff bytes out the serial port (not using interrupts).

What am I missing on these---is it errata or a set up problem?

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
