Does anybody have any recommendations on
what to do with the PLL  and analog ground
pins?

One of the Philips documents says
separation, but didn't go in to detail.

Move to quarantaine

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
