The DLP2232M evaluation module comes with almost all the parts you need on a 40-pin 0.6in wide DIP socket. If you want to keep it simple to build, a voltage regulator for 3.3V that feeds the FT2232C IOA input would do. I've heard of several parties producing more elaborate designs, so you could probably get one prebuilt, too. If you're interested I could get you in contact with someone who produces such a device. OpenOCD isn't finished yet, but it's steadily improving and it comes licensed under the GPL. I've put my working tree into the berlios subversion repository, and I've used the current code just yesterday to test some things on a LPC2294. Kind regards, Dominic
