Lpc2000

I'd ported OpenTCP to lpc2292 with rtl8019. I'll add cs8900 and enj28j60 drivers. (All of them working with ported avrlib netstack with lpc2292, so it will be trivial.)

I add a very basic and simple device structure, becouse i would like to use slip too, and then add ppp, etc...

Somebody interested to help developing it? ;)
