"Install the boot loader jumper" what is it?Is it any hex file? (if yes then pl send me the path)

Try my diagnostic tool available at:

    http://www.cse.unsw.edu.au/~jayas/esdk/files/lpc/bsdc.exe

Install the boot loader jumper, reset the target board and run this
command as:

    bsdc -l comX

where COMX is the serial port your board is connected to.

It should print enough information from boot sector about your device
that may give a hint as to what is happening.
