I was looking at it from the point you can get a
board and jtag debugger like the IAR kickstart with Jlink 
debugger (usb) from almost half the price
and Keils board and ulink debugger for around $50 less.
(Going off Australian distributors prices)

Okay, there are code size restrictions
with the keil and iar ides.And when debugging.
