Used this sort of setup on AD2105 devices, but the number is a
coincedence, they are DSP's. It is a good scheme allthougth the RAM
requires more chip area than flash. Even so, with todays densities I
would not imagine it is much of a problem.

I think the chips that use this method don't use a bootloader but a
simple state machine to clock in the contents from an SPI device.
