SRAM - static RAM - is expensive - at least 6 times more space is needed as
for flash. I think this is the reason for the little RAM on available uC's.
But DRAM is as small as Flash - I dont know why we see no DRAM in
controllers. The additional power consumption (for refresh) is little
higher; static operation is only required for deep sleep mode, probably
process reasons?
