The LPC2119, 2129 and 2194 already have CAN and they look to be much 
higher performance and lower cost than the TI automotive parts that 
Rick mentioned.  

I've heard that the LPC2148 is the LPC2138 with USB is coming out 
soon and that the LPC2138 with CAN (I don't know the part number) 
follows after.
