A similar (more ways) Hirose connector is used for inter-board connections 
on the tiny Gumstix PXA255 systems. One Gumstix user said he found them 
difficult to solder, but his technique might have been wrong. I haven't 
tried them yet as no-one has any stocks, and Hirose won't have any for a 
couple of months, at least.
