You can get the 32 Kbyte KickStart version for
free from the web site.  All you have to do is
register with your e-mail address to get a 25-year
license.

KickStart kits for Philips parts including the
32 Kbyte version of Embedded Workbench for ARM,
J-Link, and an evaluation board are available
