http://www.keil.com/ulink/chips.asp shows the chips that the ULINK 
supports. It may not be completely up to date. I would call Keil if 
I had doubts. I'll take the cover off my ULINK and upload a picture 
of the inside. I was impressed to see all the connectors for various 
ribbon cables. It's also hard to believe, but Keil includes the GCC 
compiler with their MCB2130 eval board. In the uVision IDE, you 
choose via a radio button whether you want to use GCC or Keil's 
compiler. There is a very readable .pdf book with appendices for 
using GCC and Keil on the LPC2000's at 
http://www.hitex.co.uk/arm/lpc2000book/index.html.
