14K Wow.  And I thought the 1M rate I'm getting with the Signum JetJTAG was slow.  I can't imagine doing tons of debuging at 14K.

  We've found that you can't drive the signals on a PC parallel port at 
  more than 4kHz (this is in GPIO/bit bang mode - EPP/ECP is a different 
  tale). Even with this limitation CrossWorks for ARM has a flash download 
  speed of 14Kbytes per second to the LPC21xx.
