Hi All, I want to connect LPC2138 processor to a screen using VGA output. Is there any chipset readily available for this, over ISA bus or any other bus to achieve this? Any inputs, please. Thanks, Sriram.K

You could program a small FPGA or CPLD to generate VGA, it's quite easy and only needs a few resistors for a simple DAC. I've done it with one of my FPGA boards, but haven't tried hooking it up to an MCU. You do need a 25.175 Mz oscillator, I've got plenty if you need one. Leon
