You can find all the information you need regarding the boot loader 
in the appropriate User Manual for the part you're using.

The information in the reference you mention above falls into the 
category of reverse engineering information internal to the parts, 
which may or may not be acurate, is based at least partially on 
conjecture and in is any case subject to change at any time without 
notice. If you want to go down this route, I don't think you can 
expect much in the way of support or help.

Is there some specific information you're looking for not in the User 
Manual?
