You know, this brings up a good point. I know everyone has their own ways of checking their work. But, I have found that trying to go back and check a lot of joints after-the-fact is hard to tell where you are going and where you have been. So, I will share something that works for me. I check all of my joints under magnification before I trim the leads. Then when I am happy, I trim the leads off. So, after soldering a few parts on, I stop, inspect and clip. Everything not clipped needs to be inspected. Everything trimmed already has been. So, I am sure not to miss soldering any joints that way, and I don't waste time looking over and over at the same joints. A sloppy solder on an IC pin, stooges and magnfying glasses to te rescue and I'm again modulating. Thanks Paul
